2016 Graduation Night Consent Forms

[The following information is taken from the email sent out by Mr Stanley Tan]

Dear students,

18th November

Final Day of 'O' Levels.

Graduation Night.

Due to incredible efforts on the part of many colleagues, I am pleased to inform you that this year's Grad Night will cost a record low $40

I've attached the consent form for you to print out and get your parents to sign, as well as indicate mode of payment. If you are paying by cash/ cheque, please make sure that you pay the Finance Officer at the General Office personally before dropping the consent form into the collection box. Please also note that their lunch hour is from 12-2pm approximately.

Please read the attached form carefully and adhere to the deadlines! The earlier you respond, the easier my follow up admin tasks will be!

In the following week, I'll send out emails on:

1. Sitting arrangements - come in groups of 10 if possible. If not, I'll assign mix and mash, i.e. 4 students from Group Z with 6 others from Group A.

2. Dress code

3. Selected performers for Grad Night
